Hi,
There is a post on the mailing list in which David introduced a
deformation map to register human-to-monkey (
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg02657.html).
As far as I see this map is for the RIGHT hemisphere and I could not
find the one for the LEFT hemisphere. I assume the name should be:
RegF99toPALS_23-LDMK-VE_PALS_B12.LEFT.Reg-with-Macaque_23-LDMK-VE.73730.spec.deform_map
Has it been generated? Also in that post, David says he is not
fully sure about this map. By any chance, has anyone generated a newer
version recently? Please note the direction of registration (from
human to monkey).
