Hi Donna, I have run a few more analyses using caret_stats and TFCE and unfortunately they also do not seem to have passed TFCE (looking at the *Significance_Report.txt file). However, when I open up the significance metric file in Caret, I do see regions of significance in the P (TFCE) column. Some of these regions are even around p=0.05/0.1. I'm wondering why there is a discrepancy between the .txt file and the visuals.
