Hi, all caret experts and users, I saved the brodmann atlas as a volume file from Caret through setting paint to Brodmann, ... and saving....
I found the labels in the resulted Brodmann atlas are different from the traditional definitions of BA indices. My question is: Is there a mapping file of relating labels of brodman template in Caret to traditonal Brodman area index? Thanks!
