Armed with this information, you can be the first - and oftentimes the only one - to offer your help before the lender commences paperwork. We can filter by FICO score, number of days past due, equity and other criteria to put you in front of only your most qualified prospects. Don't confuse this set of data with public lists that are public knowledge used by everyone. Since our data is pulled through a soft inquiry on their credit reports, you can eliminate your competition and have plenty of time to resolve foreclosure situations.
