Modified: .cvsignore (1.7 -> 1.8) README (1.2 -> 1.3) make-includes/README
          (1.6 -> 1.7)

Implemented minimal ./configure based on "uname -s". Automatically
called by GNUMakefile for obvious compatibility reasons.
