Par défaut ça semble être ~/.lynx_cookies. Il faut toutefois avoir autorisé dans son .lynx.cfg, la sauvegarde des cookies d'une session lynx sur l'autre. Je crois que ce n'est pas très conseillé de le faire, certains sites commerciaux s'en servent pour faire du traçage.
