Si le débit pendant le transfert est bon, ça pourrait venir du DNS ou plus simplement de l'adresse du DNS dans ta machine qui pourrait ne pas être la meilleure. Avant de chercher, tente un scp en utilisant l'adresse IP du site en question au lieu du nom de ce site, dans ce cas le DNS n'est pas interrogé.
