Sur mon Nokia 6680, j'ai quelques 8 heures d'autonomie en
utilisation GPS (après c'est le téléphonne qui lâche). Mon GPS quant à
lui a besoin d'être rechergé après 24 heures d'1tilisation (on a le
temps de voir venir).
Sur un MIO A701 oui ça doit pouvoir s'installer, c'est du PocketPC. Mais
as-tu (a-t-elle) besoine quelque-chose d'aussi puissant qu'un PDA ?
Question coût en terme de trafic GPRS, il est très raisonnable: en m'en
servant pendant un mois j'suis arrivé à 4mO en comptant l'utilisation de
Wayfinder et de la récupération de mails, donc très peu gourmand.

L'ennui c'est que, un GPS n'est rien sans des cartes, et ces cartes,
qu'elles soient intégrées dans le GPS ou récupérées depuis Internet pour
le cas de Wayfinder, elles ne seront jamais gratuites.
Donc perso les softs sous Linux gérant les GPS sont à mon avis, pas très
très utiles. Ils peuvent peut-être te permettre de mettre à jour des
firmwares, etc, mais perso, je te conseillerais davantage l'option
téléphonne + récepteur GPS , que l'option "PDA qui intègre un récepteur
GPS (TomTom Go par exemple): Faut savoir que le monde du GPS évolue
beaucoup; là on est au SiRF Star III, mais dans un an, 2 ans, on sera
ptètre passé au 4, 5, ou à une autre norme. Si tu achètes juste un
récepteur GPS bluetooth, tu as l'avantage que si il est dépassé un jour,
tu changes juste le récepteur, et tu ne perds pas tes cartes, ni ton
logiciel.
