Hello,
it's a kind of typo in cw3setup.php at line 135: a "<?" php tag is used
whereas the php.ini that comes with the installer deactivated the "short
open tags".
Simply replace this "<?" at line 135 by "<?php".
It has been fixed in CW3 CVS version and thus will not appear in next
releases.
