It seems like the "outline label input" is not hidden on page load.
Check if you have a css style definition for #outlineLabelInputDiv in
the .css files loaded in your page.
You are probably overriding the outline.css in your project.
If it is the case, you're probably missing the style definition for the
outline label element because it was recently moved into the outline.css
file.
