a new installer providing MapServer 4.8.1 is available for download at
http://cartoweb.org/downloads.html#winInstall
Some interested improvements are included as well. Changes are listed
here: http://cartoweb.org/installer-changelog.html
Please note that it is NOT a new CartoWeb release. This installer comes
with the same CartoWeb flavour (3.2.0) than the one released 2 weeks ago.
