It seems your mapfile was corrupted somehow when you tried that OverLIB
plugin. This kind of error happen when the mapfile is unreadeable. Try to
open it with some editor, like editplus or VI or whatever and clean it.

I have been attempting to install the OverLIB
(www.bosrup.com/web/overlib/) plugin to help enhance feature labelling,
however, it seemed to create many problems so i removed it and now i'm
stuck with the following errors:
