I have a Flash-map of the world which is configured through an XML file. I
have created a number of initialMapStates in my server_conf/my_project.ini
(one for each country i have visitied).
I have read that Mapserver has the ability to receive POST requests with
XML-encoded information
(http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs/howto/filterencoding) but am not sure if
this is relevant to Cartoweb...
Does anyone know how i would make a URL-encoded request in XML so that so
that Cartoweb would load in the same page centered on the relevant country
on mouse-click.
As always help is needed and appreciated.
