3) did you keep the .ini.in ? if so you need to rename the .ini.in, not the .ini

the .ini are overwriten when you launch the setup script. So be sure to have dptons.ini.in ( client_conf/ ) and dptons.map.in ( server_conf/dptons/ )

4) change the .ini.in file, not the .ini

5) before trying to access http://195.195.195.5/cartoweb3/htdocs/dptons.php, you need to launch the setup script (in command line)

cw3setup.php --install --base-url http://195.195.195.5/cartoweb3/htdocs/

Also rename the files in po/

I did exactly that and could run the project without problem.

What mean "reputation" and "deberia" ? I dont understand these words.

I am trying to create a new project, using demoCW3, the made steps are:
1) in /var/www/html/cartoweb3/projects/, I copied folder demoCW3 to dptons
2) soon in /var/www/html/cartoweb3/projects/dptons/server_conf/reputation demoCW3 to dptons
3) in /var/www/html/cartoweb3/projects/dptons/server_conf/dptons reputation demoCW3.map and demoCW3.ini to dptons.map and dptons.ini respectively
4) Edit the client.ini of dptons, and modify the mapId parameter value with the name of dptons:

mapId = dptons

5) when executing   http://195.195.195.5/cartoweb3/htdocs/dptons.php  
  it generates the sisuiente error to me:
