if you do want to keep "temperatura.shp" as a mapfile layername, try adding "" around it in layers.ini since the "." (dot) might generate problems:
layers.ambiente.msLayer = "temperatura.shp"

    I changed I case out layers.ini, adding the .sh extension to him p
    to the Mslayer being temperatura.sh p    but the error now is:
