In the layer of your mapfile you have to write :
TEMPLATE "ttt"
For example :
LAYER
NAME '45007gestion_surf'
TYPE POLYGON
STATUS DEFAULT
TEMPLATE 'ttt' #<-----------------------------------
TRANSPARENCY 100
DATA 'thematique/sites_CRNPC/45007iles_Bonny/45007gestion_surf.shp'
