Hello,
'cartoweb3/projects/myproject/htdocs/gfx/layout' is indeed the correct
place to save some project-specific gfx files (resp. for css and js).
But they won't be taken into account if you have not (re-)launched the
"cw3setup.php --install" script to refresh the links.
