Hi Pierre,
I have got it working (finally), it took me some time to realize that
the value of a checkbox is only send by the browser if it is actually
checked, so I needed to add a hidden form field to send the actual t/f
value.
I have opened up an enhancement bug for this, which contains the changes
necessary to incorporate this. Hopefully one of the developers has time
to look at it and maybe incorporate it in the CVS version.
