No javascript is required to have export plugins working. At least in
general cases. For instance there is no JS for exportHtml and exportCsv.
For both, export is initiated by clicking on a classic HTML link, its
base URL being generated using the ExportPlugin::getExportUrl() method
(see client/ExportPlugin.php).
