Anyway the Trumpet.ini path is weird!
It should be something like
C:\wamp\www\cartoweb3/projects/Trumpet/server_conf/Trumpet/Trumpet.ini
rather than
C:\wamp\www\cartoweb3/server_conf/Trumpet/Trumpet.ini
What version of CartoWeb do you use?
