you can find the file there
/projects/demoCW3/server_conf/demoCW3/sql/demo_routing.sql.gz
it is compressed but any compression program should be able to uncompress
it.

CW 3.3.0 Documentation specifies that the file demo_routing.sql must
be executed to set up the Europe road geodata in the demo. This
demo_routing.sql file doesn't seem to be present under the specified
directory, projects/demoPlugins/server_conf/sql.
Can someone clarify?
