Im sorry, the person who is in charge of the exportPdf plugin is actually
quite busy on another project, I dont know when he will have the time to
investigate this problem.
If this is urgent, there is also the possibility to formally contact us for
a paid development.

It's not only logo, all pictures used more than once are their sizes
multiplied ...
You could test it with scalebar or any other.
Second Bug :
If you place an header (logo or test) at the top bottom of your page, and
made it multipages.
When a table is very long and begin on one page and ending to another
page, header is correctly place, but the table row on the second page are
place at the top bottom of the page and not below the header.
