as if mapserver was using the tif incorporated thumbnail instead of the whole
image?
if you open the image in, for example, Qgis, is it displayed and referenced
correctly ?

regards
Oliver

Subject: [Cartoweb-users] Georeferenced Raster Images in Cartoweb

  Hi Users,

I seem to have come up with a problem with image georeferencing in the main
map window.

  I'm using a 'GTiff' Raster 1203 x 1491 pixels (original 300dpi -
georeferenced) with .tfw file in the 'Data' folder. When I refresh the Project
I end up with the image 19 x 14 pixels 'centred' in the Map Window
(fullextent). These are the .map file references:-

  OUTPUTFORMAT
    NAME GTiff
    DRIVER "GDAL/GTiff"
    MIMETYPE "image/tiff"
    IMAGEMODE RGB
    EXTENSION "tif"
    FORMATOPTION "INTERLACE=OFF"
    TRANSPARENT OFF
  END

  LAYER
     NAME "raster"
     TYPE RASTER
     DATA
"c:\ms4w\apps\cartoweb3\projects\enforce\server_conf\enforce\data\keymap_big_aerial.tif"
     METADATA
       "force_imagetype" "jpeg"
     END
  END

Any idea why I'm getting this?

  Regards,

  Paul J. Shapley
