If I'm remenber this one could be easily change in the po client file.
Otherwise you should change the string in the corresponding tpl
templates/mainmap.tpl:15: <td align="center" valign="middle"><div
id="loadbar">{t}Loading message{/t}<br />
You surely copy this tpl inside your project (it's the best way).
After project install + po + mo you will find your new string.
