Hello, I appreciate your guide "CartoWeb3 for Beginners", it contains so many useful imformation, especially for novice like me.
But I still face a problem in step 1. I installed ms4w-2.2.7 and cartoweb3.40. After copying floder "foss4g" to "C:\ms4w\apps\cartoweb3\projects", making that foss4g.php and of course those command lines in cmd windows(they all worked well ). I tried http://localhost/cartoweb3/htdocs/foss4g.php but what came up was a failure page.
