easily, depends what you want. If it's by setting some parameters: no.
you need to extend the plugin php to add the functionality your need,
meaning some php development.
the outline shapes are stored in $this->outlineState->shapes.
at the moment a Clear simply wipe out the content of that variable (array).
In my opinion it would be relatively easy to look inside and only remove
some selected shapes.
the shapes get an automatic numeric identifiant, starting from 0, by their
creation order. I dont know if that would be enough to be able to select
them from a list, maybe you would need to add some kind of additional text
identifiant.

Is it possible / easy to modify the outline plugin so that I can choose to
delete some of the drawn features instead of deleting all by the Clear
Outline button?
