It`s necessary to have in my server _conf/my_project.ini loadPlugin = mapTools Without this I have a failure message.

Also, I wrote my toolTips.ini in client_conf I have inserted the folder toolTips in the plugin folder from the demoToolTips project (demos CW3), I loaded the toolTips plugin in server_conf/my_project.ini I added sentences code in my cartoclient and finally I modified my mapfile in METADATA...
