ah nevermind, I missread your question.
it's not possible with the current implementation of outline in Cartoweb, but
it should be possible with some development to extend the otline plugin to give
a rotation angle to the label corresponding to the printing area rotation.

I placed a outline feature with a label and want to print it with the
exportPdf plugin. When I rotate the printing area, the label is also rotating.
Is there a possibility to deactivate this dependency?
The label should stay at the same place (static) when I rotate the printing
area.
