Following up, I missed the 1.3.6 tag in the github repo, so that looks like the official release to me: https://github.com/apereo/phpCAS/releases
At this point I think the only chore is to update the Confluence documentation to point to the new release archive on github, instead of developer.jasig.org. Thanks!
