1. Basically we have 3 websites that we would like to "CASify" or be
single sign on.
2 are in one domain example1.com
1 is in another domain example2.com
They are on built with PHP and live under apache webserver on the west
coast.

we are planning on replicating one of the websites to another physical
location on east coast.

If the WAN goes down by the intranet on each coast still remains, we are
thinking that the coast that does not have the CAS server (east coast)
would be out of luck and could not longer log into the East coast
websites.

hence we are thinking that we would need two CAS servers on each coast
and that clients on each coast would connect up to their respective CAS
server to log on.
However, would the CAS Servers still proivde single sign on if the user
tried to hit a west coast site?
