Using the .NET port of Maven has been suggested. Two things suggest bleeding edge: it has been retired from Apache incubator status and has a 0.17 release number. I would recommend we adopt a wait and see approach to using this tool. I'd like to see it mature further and achieve broader adoption before we use it.
