Uhmm... I think you're a bit optimistic here... at the moment, there are
a few issues (just read past discussions on phpcas-dev list) that nobody
took time to properly address... in particular a pending RC for a new
release, and a couple fixes submitted by people, but not committed...
so, I would say it is missing active maintainers ATM (including myself).

Yeah, fully agree with the last part : it's open source, go ahead, use
the source luke ;)

Well, that said, nobody available to review submissions is really bad
anyway :(
