Bryan,

I don¹t know if this something big or not, but I know that Maven2 typically
expects an environment variable of M2_HOME rather than MAVEN_HOME as
MAVEN_HOME is expected by Maven1.  Other than that, I am not a Maven expert,
so I am sorry if that proves no help.
