I've updated the Jira project, http://www.ja-sig.org/issues/browse/NETC, with the components and default assignments above with the exception of the ExampleWebApp. Ideally that application should demonstrate the primary features of the product, and as such will touch most if not all areas of it (including documentation). Additionally, I can't envision any bug reports or features coming in that specifically target it. I would recommend we simply omit it as a component and handle changes on an as-needed basis by the developer working on related issues.
