I developed some Java source code that uses the Apache HttpComponents library to provide some stress testing of a CAS server. The description is at https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CASUM/Java+HttpComponents+Based+Test+Class and the source is in a zip file attached to the page.
This code can generate a lot of logon and/or service tickets to test performance, memory, or clustered ticket replication. It is not currently but could be modified to provide a full multithreaded stress test platform.
