Thanks for your answer Ben, Well, I am willing to go all the way of customization and coding needed to put it up, just need to have some directions as to where to start looking.
So the idea is to have CAS as the authentication service for our jBoss Portal, this will occur over HTTP of course, but from then on all the requests for confirming authentication and requesting authorization need to happen over JMS. We have built a framwork that encapsulates all the JMS detail communication hiding it from business logic.
