Anyone may vote, but only committer votes count. If approved, this
proposal will be added to https://issues.jasig.org/browse/CAS-997 as
one of the repository move tasks and folks may track it there. There
will also be direct communication with the dev and likely user lists
about the status and completion of these changes.
