Here's my vision for incrementally improving the services registry tool
in a CAS 3.5 release:

I don't see any of this as revolutionary, just organic, incremental,
evolutionary improvement to the services registry tool that already exists.
I've also gone ahead and updated JIRA to reflect going after these
enhancements for CAS 3.5.
