Hi Jeffrey,

Yes, please do ask questions on the cas-dev list about lppe.  There
info in the list archives about the latest state...essentially I've
incorporate the feature set directly into cas-server-support-ldap on
this feature branch: https://github.com/Jasig/cas/tree/feature-lppe

Check out that branch,  build and deploy into a local mvn repo.
Then build a mvn overlay off of that you should get it working.
