That's just how GitHub displays tags in the tags tab; it's not a migration 
error. If you want to see the commit that corresponds to the tag, click on the 
sha below the tag name in the tags tab. Alternatively, on the files tab, click 
the "current branch" drop-down, click the tags tab in the drop-down, and then 
select the tag you want to view. 

If you clone the repo, the tags are correct.
