I didn't mean to cast aspersions on the backend technology itself. There's a varying but important amount of engineering in all of our TicketRegistry components. Whether or not there would be as much engineering effort in a RedisTicketRegistry as JpaTicketRegistry is anyone's guess, but it's safe to assume it's non-trivial in any case. Even if it is trivial, there is a certain amount of domain knowledge from actually using a particular technology that only comes from production experience. Bottom line: the maintainer needs to actually use it in production.
