We voted not too long ago to move the source for both .NET and Java CAS
clients to GitHub. We need to make this happen. I will volunteer to do
the move since I have some experience from the CAS server codebase move.
I'll follow the same outline as I used for the server:
1. Copy the svn repository to a local git repo
2. Massage tags and branches to conform to git naming conventions
3. Push to Jasig group on github
4. For each svn repo, replace tags/branches/trunk with a README file
that indicates the source move to GitHub
5. Update references to source location (likely an ongoing process)
I will plan to do the .NET client move on Tuesday night after 2100 EST
and the Java client move on Wednesday after 2100 EST.
