label "unicon-coop-dev" to issues prioritized under and addressed via the Cooperative Development.... The labeling drives some nice reporting, improves communication about these issues, and doesn't affect existing JIRA workflows.
+1 I honestly don't think we should create a bureaucracy around Jira in any fashion. Label issues however makes sense to you, and if it improves productivity that much the better.
