Please note this release contains an important fix with security
implications for deployers using catchall registrations to allow large
groups of registered services. See
https://issues.jasig.org/browse/CAS-1071 for more information.
Deployers are encouraged to test the RC in their environments. (I'm
doing that today :) We'll allow 2 weeks for testing and feedback, with
the final release to follow shortly thereafter barring major issues.
