Thats so true Elvis, <url-pattern>/logout</url-pattern> at top where
declared servlet startup =1  servlet and at
 <url-pattern> logout.jsp</url-pattern>
,,,pattern>loggedOut.jsp</url-pattern> should redirect you to
http://<http://mywebapp/>
elvis.cht.com.tw:8080/casclientapp without problem if web.xml contains
those entries in web.xml <servlet-mapping> and naturally
<welcome-file-list> is index.jsp in example of mine.
