Hi Peter, Typically, custom login pages (per service) are themed based on settings in the services management application. This may help if you haven't already visited: https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CASUM/Theme+Control
A number of users on the user list have likely done just this and may know more specifics of any possible impact of changing flow in getting to the page. This question is most appropriate for the cas-user list (the cas-dev list is for developers of the CAS product itself) so I'm copying the discussion there for all subsequent posts.
