Can cas-server-webapp be made to produce and publish to Maven a .jar as
well as a .war?

A pedantic point, perhaps, but depending on the webapp-related Java classes
without being a .war overlay ought to be possible for downstream adopters
depending on this software.

If cas-server-webapp won't yield a .jar, should there be a
cas-server-web-support for the Java and reserve cas-server-webapp for the
stuff one would want to Maven overlay upon in building a local .war?
