Generally, I'm -1 for inclusion of this feature unless: * Marvin or Jérôme are actually planning a production deployment of the feature, and * it is an optional module, turned off by default.
Even then, I'd prefer to see it initially maintained as a cas-addon until its utility can be more fully assessed, similar to the path that the ClearPass extension took. I'm also mindful that it is already getting late for feature inclusion for CAS4.0...and this seems to be a fairly good chunk of work to get right.
