I've updated https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CAS/CAS+Project+Management+Committee with the vote tally. Would be good to here from the remaining committers.
Voting has been open almost a week, which is more than enough time. We clearly have consensus to move forward and present this to the Apereo Board for approval. I'll update the note on the document to reflect pending board approval and forward to Ian.
