I think it's clear that discussions have shaken out and that Jérôme is and
will remain the sole nominee for the PMC Chair position.  I think we can
move forward with a pro-forma uncontested election wherein the committers
confirm Jérôme as PMC Chair.

Therefore,
+1 for Jérôme as PMC Chair.

I believe Scott has already expressed his +1 for Jérôme as well.
